At Nino’s Dreams, we want you to love every purchase. We take great care to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety and design. However, we understand that occasionally you may wish to return an item.
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify us that you would like to return an item. Please contact our team by email at info@ninosdreams.co.uk before sending anything back.
We kindly ask that all items are returned in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging where possible.
We do not offer cash refunds.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will arrange for a replacement item of the same product (or of equivalent value if the item is no longer available).
If the replacement is not possible, a store credit or exchange will be offered at our discretion.
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a brief description of the issue. Our customer service team will review your case and arrange a prompt replacement.
Please note: customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
